The new Executive Committee was attended by 10 past Chairmen of IAP-RIC over a cup of tea together organizing a memorable and first on September 9, 2022, at the IAP-RIC Secretariat. The idea was to involve the seniors in the affairs of the chapter and discuss the way forward and future milestones under their guidance. Some good suggestions are given which will be implemented in the future.
They also discussed that the chapter should invest in buying a permanent property to house the IAP-RIC Secretariat on priority, which is already in process, and locations are being shortlisted. The current office will be shifted there and will be open to all members and even for small events whenever required. The EC is represented by the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Hon, Secretary, and EC members. The Rawalpindi-Islamabad Chapter of IAP has been extremely active. It has hosted some of the biggest international & national conferences, roundtables and forums in the twin cities since its inception in the late 70s with its first Chapter Chairman Ar. Syed Muhammad Irfan also attended the meeting. The members have represented Pakistan in many global organizations as ARCASIA, UIA, CAA, EAROPH, SAARCH, and others as office bearers and in key positions as President, Vice President, Hon. Secretary & Hon. Treasurer.
